Terms of service
These terms apply to each approved customer's access to the Teralor Tech ultra-fast, privacy-first inference service.
1. Agreement and eligibility
Teralor Tech is the seller and operator of the service. Access is available only to customers approved directly by Teralor Tech. By paying for credit, accepting an API key, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms, the acceptable-use policy, privacy notice, and the offer provided during onboarding.
A customer must have authority to accept these terms for itself or its organization and must provide accurate onboarding and payment information.
2. Alpha service
The service provides metered, OpenAI-compatible chat-completions access to the single public model identified on the pricing page. It is a controlled, single-region, best-effort alpha. There is no service level agreement and no uptime commitment. Features, capacity, and availability may change, and access may be paused or ended.
Model output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a customer's purpose. Customers must evaluate output before relying on it and must not use the service as the sole basis for safety-critical or other high-consequence decisions.
3. Accounts and keys
Each approved account may use one active API key and up to 8 concurrent requests. The key is confidential and is delivered once through an approved secure channel. The customer is responsible for safeguarding it and for activity under it. Suspected loss or misuse must be reported promptly through the direct onboarding channel.
Teralor Tech may block an account or revoke a key for suspected compromise, prohibited use, exhausted credit, payment dispute, operational safety, or violation of these terms.
4. Fees and credit
Charges are denominated in USD and billed on a prepaid basis. Exact pack, model, token prices, and request limits are stated on the pricing page and in the offer supplied at onboarding. Metered input and output usage reduces verified credit. A refill requires a new operator-created payment session.
A balance statement is supplied at activation and on direct request. Usage or payment that requires reconciliation may place the account on hold until the operator resolves the authoritative records.
5. Customer content and use
The customer is responsible for prompts, instructions, and other submitted content and must have the rights and permissions needed to process it. Customers must follow the acceptable-use policy and must not submit secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal information unless Teralor Tech has expressly approved that use through the direct channel.
Content and operational-data handling are described in the privacy notice.
6. Suspension and termination
Teralor Tech may immediately suspend all or part of the service when it reasonably believes suspension is necessary to investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material security, legal, or safety risk. Teralor Tech may terminate these terms and the customer's access for a material breach; repeated violations after notice; unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use; or a material legal or security risk.
It will give written notice stating the reason and, where curable and not urgent, 10 business days to cure; otherwise, notice will follow promptly. On termination, access ends. Breach-related termination is non-refundable except as required by law; otherwise, prepaid fees for the unused service period will be refunded.
7. Disclaimers and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the alpha service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any part conflicts with applicable law, that law controls to the required extent and the remaining terms continue to apply.
8. Questions and notices
Customers can send service, legal, privacy, security, or billing questions through the same direct channel used for approved onboarding. Do not include an API key, prompt, or model response in a message.
